Mike McDaniel

Mike McDaniel is currently the Pastor of Leadership Development at The Heights Church and co-founder of Summit Collaborative. They bring extensive experience as a strategist and developer in non-profit leadership, having served as a Church Planting Pastor at The Summit Church, and co-founded The Summit Network, where they held the role of Director. Mike holds a B.S. in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, an MDiv in Missions and Evangelism from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Their skills include nonprofit organizations, strategic planning, spiritual formation, leadership development, communication, and recruiting.
