Summit Communication Group is a design consultancy for luxury brands.

We work at the intersection of brand strategy, experience design and digital transformation — helping luxury organisations define what they stand for, design the experiences their clients actually have, and take genuine control of their digital operations.

We work exclusively in the luxury sector. Not because we cannot work elsewhere, but because luxury is the category where the gap between a brand's intention and its execution carries the highest commercial stakes — and where the disciplines of meaning, authority and heritage require a level of understanding that generalist consultancies do not bring.

Three practices. One focus.

Brand Strategy — Defining the ideas, mythology and cultural codes that determine whether a luxury brand commands genuine desire. We work at the level of meaning, not messaging.

Experience Design — Translating a brand's promise into what clients actually encounter. Across every physical moment, digital surface and human interaction through which the brand is felt.

Digital Transformation — Helping luxury organisations move from fragmented, platform-dependent digital activity to something genuinely owned — including the governance of heritage archives as AI systems expand into territory most luxury houses have not yet mapped.

Our research programme — The Future of Luxury — examines the forces reshaping the sector. Published monthly. Read by senior executives and brand leaders across the luxury industry.

Based in London and Queensland (Australia).
