Tim Mahan is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in the construction industry, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Summit Contracting Group, Inc. since April 2018, Tim has previously held significant roles such as Area Regional Director at Legacy DCS/MCS Homes and Area Manager at various companies, including Tegrity Homes and D.R. Horton Homes. Tim has a proven track record of overseeing large-scale construction projects, demonstrating expertise in operations management, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and quality control, with notable achievements such as completing historical hotel restorations in Galveston ahead of schedule and under budget. Educational credentials include a focus on project management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a background in automotive design and business from Palomar College.
