Nick Welter

Nick Welter is a seasoned professional in preconstruction management, currently serving as a Senior Preconstruction Manager at Summit and as the Director of Preconstruction at Downing Construction. They have extensive experience, having previously held roles such as Senior Project Manager at Henning Companies and Project Engineer at The Weitz Company, where they were responsible for project scope definition, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Nick began their career as a Project Designer at Todd & Sargent, Inc., where they focused on the design of agricultural industrial facilities. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University.
