Amy Eulert

Amy Eulert has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both the hospitality and wellness industries. Currently serving as a Server/Server Trainer at Summit Grill since February 2020 and as a Yoga Instructor at The Yoga Patch since December 2019, Amy also held similar roles at Avenues Bistro from March 2017 to March 2020. Earlier in their career, Amy worked as an Assistant Manager at The Mosaic Shop from 2002 to 2010 and as a Draftsman at Site Line Surveying from August 1985 to January 2002. Amy's educational background includes attending Van Horn High School and the University of Central Missouri.
