In 2002, they earned the CompTIA A+ certification and the Certified Novell Administrator (CNA) certification. Additionally, they acquired the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification during the same year. In 2005, they attained the CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
