Shannon Kaiser

Shannon Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Training Supervisor at Darden. In 2003, they became a Sales and Events Manager at Great American Casino, and then moved on to be a Sales and Marketing Manager at Tacoma Window Company in 2005. In 2008, they took on the role of Sales and Training Manager at West Coast Vinyl, where they managed a sales staff of 40 and implemented a successful sales program. In 2011, they interned at Tacoma Community College.

Shannon's career then took a shift towards technology. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Independent Contractor at WorkMarket, completing various contracts related to server and desktop support, installation, and troubleshooting. In 2014, they joined InsynQ, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technical Operations, overseeing a team of 15 and focusing on system and network engineering tasks. Shannon held this position until 2019.

Currently, Shannon is working at Summit Hosting, where they started as the Director of Technical Operations in 2020 and later became the Chief Technology Officer in 2021. Shannon'srole involves bringing the technical vision of the company to life and providing Enterprise-class IT solutions for remote workers.

Shannon Kaiser attended Tacoma Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Networking and Cyber Security. They pursued this field of study for two years, which prepared them with the necessary knowledge and skills in networking and cyber security.
