Mac D. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a DME/Insurance Processor at Medical Sleep Solutions from January 2009 to March 2012. In this position, they maintained medical statistics and provided patient insurance verification services for the medical practice.

After that, Mac D. worked as a Merchandise Associate at Crate & Barrel from October 2012 to August 2013.

In 2014, Mac D. held internships at Berkshire Property Advisors as a Property Management Intern from June 2014 to July 2014, and at Carpe Realty as a Commercial Real Estate Intern from December 2014 to January 2015.

Mac D. then joined Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. in 2015 and started as a Business Analyst Intern from May 2015 to August 2015. Mac continued to progress within the company and became a Financial Analyst from January 2016 to March 2019. Mac D. then advanced to the position of Senior Financial Analyst from March 2019 to March 2022. Currently, they work as the Manager of Corporate Finance, a position they have held since March 2022.

Following this, from 2012 to 2014, Mac D. pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate, at The University of Texas at Dallas - School of Management. Lastly, Mac D. obtained a Master's Degree in Land Economics & Real Estate from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, during the period from 2014 to 2015.
