Bobby Johnson currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Summit Interconnect, overseeing HR functions across eight locations in the US and Canada, with a workforce of 1,250 employees. Prior to this role, Bobby held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at 174 Power Global, a solar and energy storage project developer, and at Brookfield Properties, where leadership of a 25-member HR team was central across 33 locations. Earlier experience includes strategic HR roles at Irvine Company, Eaton Corporation, and ITT Corporation, where Bobby was responsible for talent management and organizational development. Bobby began a career in human resources as a generalist at Lending Tree and later as a recruiter for Volt Services Group. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
