Brian K. has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Brian is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Summit Interconnect, the largest privately held PCB manufacturer in North America. Prior to this, they worked at Jonathan Engineered Solutions as the CFO and Head of IT. Before that, Brian held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Nortek Security & Control, where they played a key role in the strategic exit process leading to the sale of the company. Brian also has experience as the Vice President of Finance at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where they significantly grew the company and set up manufacturing sites in Mexico. Brian has held various other finance positions at companies such as Meggitt PLC, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Textron, General Electric, and Wells Fargo. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a track record of success in driving financial growth and implementing strategic initiatives.

Brian K. pursued their education beginning in 1987 at Hamline University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Finance/Economics in 1991. Later, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Esade and obtained an MBA with a specialization in Intensificacion en Fiscalidad.
