Raymond Carter

Raymond Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, sales, and organizational leadership spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Summit Line Construction since December 2025, Raymond previously held roles as a Commercial Product Manager at Welch Equipment Company and Owner & Operator at K4 Construction, where responsibilities included managing financial controls, strategic planning, and performance measurement. Raymond also excelled as a Territory Sales Manager at Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC, focusing on sales growth and client relations, and as the Executive Director of Hero Offroad, leading efforts to honor U.S. veterans. Early career experience includes project management at Bennett Paving and Construction and recruitment in the Army National Guard.
