Matt Hoppe

Matt Hoppe is a dynamic and results-oriented P&L leader with extensive experience in driving enterprise growth, M&A integration, and strategic execution. They began their career as a Field Service Engineer at Babcock & Wilcox, later serving in key roles including Director of Corporate Development at Minerals Technologies Inc. and Vice President/General Manager at CECO Environmental Corporation, where they managed substantial P&L responsibilities. Currently, Matt serves as the President of Summit Materials' Central Region, overseeing strategic direction and operational results. They hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
