Devin O'Connor

Devin works with Summit’s portfolio companies and investment teams to help drive executive talent management and human capital strategies across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Prior to Summit, Devin worked at Frazier Healthcare Partners where she led executive recruitment and network management for the firm and its portfolio companies. She supported a variety of human capital and ESG initiatives including pre-investment organizational assessment, post-investment organizational health management, and leadership recruitment and development. During her tenure at Frazier, Devin served as the Global Head of Strategic Initiatives and Change Management at Adare Pharma Solutions, a Frazier Healthcare Partners portfolio company. Previously, Devin worked in executive search and organizational design at Oxeon Partners.

Devin holds a BA in psychology at Amherst College.
