Sergio Mur Boada

Sergio Mur Boada is currently the VP of Peak Performance Group at Summit Partners. Prior to this, they were with Cerberus Capital Management for three years, working as the Vice President of European Operations. There, they worked with the management and investment teams during due diligence and post-investment, helping to identify and execute high impact operational initiatives. Some of the projects they have worked on include M&A integration, project managing carve-outs, launching new business lines to accelerate growth, and recruiting talent.

Before Cerberus Capital Management, Sergio worked for Veepee as the Business Development Manager. There, they worked closely with Privalia's co-founders on a series of strategic projects from planning to execution, such as the General Manager of a newly launched business, Integration Manager of an acquired business, and Restructuring Manager of two underperforming divisions.

Sergio Mur Boada has a CEMS Master from the University of St.Gallen and a Master in Business Management from Esade. Sergio also did high school studies and won an award for academic excellence from the German School of Barcelona.
