Phil McDonald is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in tactical driving and firearms training, holding various instructional roles since 2015. As the Owner and CEO of Raven Six Solutions since August 2018, Phil has also contributed as a Tactical Driving Instructor at multiple organizations, including BSR Security Driving & Firearms Training and ACADEMI. Phil's background includes serving as a Military Contractor Officer and Team Leader in the UAE Armed Forces from 2003 to 2014, as well as retiring as a Warrant Officer in the Royal Marines after 22 years of service. Additionally, Phil is a PADI Master Diving Instructor, dedicating spare time to dive training at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. Phil's education includes attendance at Blackpool Collegiate Grammar School from 1975 to 1980.
