Robert Toepfer is an experienced design professional currently serving as Sr. Designer/Design Lead at Summit Polymers since January 2022. Prior to this role, Robert worked at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors as a Design Engineer, contributing to the development of WK Reserve door panels, E2UL IP, WS IP and door panels, as well as hard trim for the Volvo XC90. Robert's earlier experience includes positions as Sr. Designer/Design Leader at Edag USA from August 2004 to March 2014, and at Lear Corporation from June 2003 to August 2004. Robert is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering through a transfer program with Wayne State University at Macomb Community College.
