Thomas Hammersten

Tom shares responsibility for pricing and underwriting medical excess insurance and reinsurance lines. Tom formerly worked for HCC Life Insurance Company and has over 15 years of experience in underwriting and pricing. Prior to his tenure at HCC, Tom was an underwriting consultant and pricing supervisor for MetLife Auto & Home. Tom is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College with a major in mathematics and minors in both business and psychology.
