Allison Dell is currently a Teammember at Chick-fil-A Restaurants since August 2019 and serves as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Summit School starting in August 2025, where responsibilities include assisting with strength training and plyometrics to enhance muscle growth and agility. Prior experience includes working as an Intramural Referee at the University of Lynchburg from August 2021 to May 2025, managing and officiating various sports. Allison Dell holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Lynchburg, having completed studies from 2021 to 2025, and is a graduate of Ronald W. Reagan High School.
