Summit Search Group was founded in 2018 by industry specialists Russell Leiter and Jack Stroud with one clear mission: to help organisations secure the talent that genuinely moves the needle.

With over 40 years of combined industry experience, we understand what it really takes to attract, engage, and retain exceptional people in competitive markets. We don’t just fill roles — we build teams that perform, endure, and align with your long-term vision.

We pride ourselves on cutting through complexity. Our approach is consultative, targeted, and highly tailored, offering flexible solutions designed around your specific hiring challenges. By combining market-leading profiling and assessment tools with deep sector knowledge, we develop an unrivalled understanding of both client objectives and candidate motivations — ensuring alignment from day one.

Our value lies in context. We take the time to understand your business, culture, and strategy so that every hire strengthens your organisation, not just your headcount. The result is talent that fits, performs, and stays.

With a truly global network, Summit Search Group works across borders and business models — from tier-one global investment banks to high-growth fintech and specialist firms. No client is too large or too small. Our commitment is the same: clear advice, honest insight, and outcomes you can trust.
