Founded in 2002, Summit Search & Selection Ltd has a proven track record in real estate executive search, with a strong reputation for professionalism and discretion.

Property is very much a ‘people business’, however finding and hiring the best talent is not just about ‘who you know’; it requires up-to-date market knowledge, meticulous research, rigorous interviewing skills and strong relationship management throughout the recruitment process and beyond.

At Summit, we take great care to get things right from the outset; from detailed initial brief to focused short list. Combining dedicated research with a bespoke database of industry contacts, you can be sure that we have direct connections with high quality real estate professionals across sectors and geographies.

We invest heavily in our research capabilities; by monitoring the market and tracking individual career progression, we make it our business to know where people work and where they want to take their careers. These details are constantly verified and updated through a variety of data sources.

We have exclusive access to a strong referral system; having cultivated long term, candidate and client relationships over the past 25 years, real estate professionals know us well and trust us. In turn, we trust their recommendations.
