Our mission is to bring alignment-based yoga and peaceful philosophies to all who enter our doors and to our beautiful community. In helping bring alignment in yoga, we believe we can all find more alignment in life to live our fullest potential and find inner peace.

We offer a schedule of daily yoga classes, ranging in variety yoga types and styles for all-levels, as well as events and workshops to take our practices deeper, connect further, and focus on specific tools and philosophies that we don’t always have time to get to in a yoga class.
