Robert Cox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, strategic growth, and proposal management within the government and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Proposal Manager at Summit Strategy since April 2024, Robert provides critical proposal planning and writing support. Previously, Robert held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Essnova Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included leadership and strategic sales growth.
