Summit Talent Search is a contingency recruiting firm that helps U.S. defense and government contractors fill $100k+ cleared roles fast, without upfront fees or wasted time.

Built by veterans with decades in uniform and nearly two decades in defense recruiting and retention, we understand clearances, contract risk, and what an empty cleared seat really costs. Every search runs on a disciplined, repeatable process designed for mission‑critical work, not generic staffing.

We focus on fewer, better candidates and faster decisions:

- $100k+ cleared roles only: Program Managers, Intelligence Analysts, Systems Engineers, Contracts Managers, Cyber / IT, and other key billets
- Clearance‑aware recruiting: we verify clearance status before you ever see a resume
- Active, pre‑vetted pipeline: we don’t start from zero every time you open a req
- Written assessments with every submittal so you know *why* a candidate is in front of you
- 25% contingency fee: you only pay when you hire
- 90‑day replacement guarantee on every placement
- No cost to candidates, ever

For employers, the goal is simple: keep programs fully staffed, reduce contract risk, and shorten time‑to‑hire for critical cleared roles.

For cleared professionals, we provide a confidential, no‑BS path to your next move with clear role briefs and straight answers.
