Sameh Roufail is an experienced professional in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Head of Bids at Summit Technology Solutions since August 2008. With a background in solutions architecture and bid management, Sameh has a proven track record in understanding customer needs, coordinating proposals, and leading technical solution development.
