Judy Elmer has had a varied and successful career in the field of business operations, customer success, and administrative support. From 2007-2011, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Parkway Construction & Architecture. From 2011-2014, they worked at Perelson Temporary Staffing, where they worked for various companies across a variety of industries, primarily in administrative work. In 2014, they assumed the role of Partner Sales Support Team Lead at Jive Communications, Inc. From 2015-2019, they worked at Jive Communications, Inc in the roles of Channel Sales Enablement Manager and Manager, Partner Support. In 2019, they joined Summit Technology LLC as Business Operations Manager and Manager, Customer Success. In these roles, they managed the implementation of a new RMM/PSA platform, reducing monthly costs, and automating monthly invoicing. Judy was also responsible for implementing and managing HubSpot CRM, and collaborated on projects with Marketing.
