The company is incorporated in Switzerland with capital raised from and infrastructure provided by Comerge Shipping Co. Ltd and SwissMarine Pte. Ltd. Headquartered in Geneva, the company has two branch offices, one in Amsterdam and the other planned for Singapore in 2023.
