Mark Richards is currently a Claims Manager at Summit Consulting, where they have progressed from a Claims Field Specialist to a leadership role. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Claims Adjuster and Claims Manager of Subrogation & Liability at Summit from 2005 to 2013.
