Merri Moats

Merri Moats possesses extensive experience in the medical and workers' compensation fields, beginning with roles in various departments at Lakeland Regional Medical Center from June 1976 to January 1980, focusing on phlebotomy and respiratory therapy. Following this, Merri held multiple positions at Summit Consulting from August 1981 to January 1982, including Medical Only Adjuster, Supervisor of an adjusting unit, Grievance Coordinator, and Network Provider Director, overseeing recruitment, credentialing, and contracting of medical providers across nine southeast states. Merri's early experience also includes a brief tenure in various medical positions at Dr. Harold K. Mines, MD, from January 1980 to February 1981. Education includes an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Polk State College and the University of South Florida, completed between 1982 and 1984.
