Dan Gregerson is the co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Summitas, LLC, where they manage day-to-day operations, growth, and corporate strategy. Previously, Dan served as CEO and lead investor at Mindfabric, which developed a Natural Language Processing search engine, and was also the CEO and co-founder of PeerLogic, known for creating the first distributed operating system kernel for geographically distinct software components. With a background as Executive Vice President of Intelligent Technologies International, Dan contributed to the development of the first product connecting local networks of PCs to IBM mainframes. They hold five U.S. Patents in distributed computing and earned a BA in Biology from UC Santa Cruz, graduating with honors. Additionally, Dan is involved in several boards including Neuroplus, Inc. and Infrascale, Inc.
