Bob Willoughby is a 27 year Richmond, Virginia radio veteran who has been the General Manager of the Richmond cluster since 2008.
Mr. Willoughby was recognized as one of Radio Ink’s “Best Managers in Radio” in 2009. In 2013 he served as President of the Virginia Association of Broadcasters. Mr. Willoughby was the recipient of the CT Lucy Distinguished Service Award for Broadcast Leadership in the State of Virginia in 2016.
