Tom Dunlop

Tom Dunlop has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Tom is currently the Founder & CEO of Summize, a company that provides intelligent contract automation solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Legal Director, Global at UserZoom from March 2019 to May 2020. Before UserZoom, Tom worked at Zuto as the Legal Director & Company Secretary from March 2018 to March 2019, and as the Head Of Legal from September 2016 to March 2018. Tom also had a role as the Head Of Legal at AppSense, a leading User Environment Management software company, from May 2015 to September 2016. Tom's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant General Counsel at Speed Medical from March 2014 to May 2015, and as an Associate Solicitor at Prosperity Law LLP from May 2013 to March 2014. Tom also started their career as a Managing Director of Compare Legal Solutions Limited, a web-based solicitor comparison business, from June 2009 to July 2010. Throughout their career, Tom has gained expertise in contract management, commercial litigation, employment law, and business development.

Tom Dunlop completed a Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree at Sheffield Hallam University from 2005 to 2008. In May 2013, they obtained certification as a Qualified Solicitor from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
