𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹, 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

ERP, EDI, and SaaS systems were built to record outcomes, not to capture how decisions are made when systems disagree. So when exceptions happen — pricing overrides, shipment delays, policy conflicts — humans step in, resolve them once, and the reasoning disappears.

That’s the real bottleneck.

At Summoner, we’re building the 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: an AI-native execution substrate where autonomous agents don’t just move data — they 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 across systems and organizations.

Summoner sits 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵, where coordination actually happens.
We encode policies, exceptions, and approvals as explicit state transitions — making coordination:

↳ inspectable
↳ auditable
↳ reusable
↳ and compounding over time

Instead of rebuilding logic in Slack threads and spreadsheets, organizations turn one-off resolutions into 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 that agents can safely run again — across departments, partners, and entire networks.

We’re not replacing systems of record.
We’re building the 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 — upgrading legacy stacks for the age of autonomous, cross-organizational intelligence.
