Michael Brown

Michael Brown is currently the Senior VP of Service and Operations at SumnerOne, where they focus on enhancing customer experiences through operational excellence. Previously, they held leadership roles at Visual Edge IT, including Vice President of Print Service and VP of Service Operations for the South Central Region. Their experience also includes serving as Director of Service and Chief Operating Officer at XMC, Inc., an authorized Xerox sales agent. Michael is pursuing education at Kennesaw State University.
