Mike Keefner

Mike Keefner currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at SumnerOne as of June 2023. Previously, Mike held several key roles at Fiserv from May 2014 to December 2022, including Vice President of Finance and CFO, where significant accomplishments included a 490 basis point increase in operating income in the first year and over $20 million in annual recurring revenue through strategic financial initiatives. Prior to Fiserv, Mike was CFO of the E-commerce Business at Sears Holdings Corporation, managing financial operations for a $2B+ business unit, and delivered substantial annual recurring IT expense savings. Earlier career experience includes senior finance roles at Motorola Solutions, focusing on financial management and supply chain optimization, as well as an MBA in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
