Ritesh Kumar is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Sumo Logic since January 2016, Ritesh manages multiple teams including the Data Collection Team, responsible for ingesting over 1PB of logs daily, and has successfully grown the Business Enablement team from its inception to nine members. Ritesh has played a pivotal role in transitioning the licensing model to a credit-based system to expand the customer base. Previously, Ritesh held positions as a Senior Software Developer and Engineering Manager at Sumo Logic and worked as a Software Developer at Housing.com and Navyug Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. Ritesh holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Punjab.
