Deborah Lewis

Deborah Lewis is an experienced professional in digital engagement and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Digital Engagement & Strategy at Ekō since July 2015, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Team Lead for Latin America Campaigns. Additionally, Deborah is a member of the Board of Directors for The Solidarity Project since January 2023. Past positions include Campaigner at All Out and Democracy for America, as well as various roles in education and community organizing, such as Residential Counselor at the Committee on Temporary Shelter and Vocational Education Teacher at Day-Star School. Deborah's early career involved grassroots organizing with organizations like Oxfam America and the Vermont Migrant Education Program. Education includes a Master's Degree in International Studies focused on Sustainable Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a Bachelor's Degree in Latin American Studies and Ecological Economics from the University of Vermont.
