Luis Marques is an experienced professional in brand management and export markets, currently serving as the Head of Export Markets at Sumol+Compal since January 2009, overseeing brand strategy in over 50 countries and leading a team of 19. Previously, Marques held the position of Head of Water & Beer Unit Business at Sumol+Compal, managing several brands in Portugal. With a strong background at Compal SA, Marques worked as a Key Account Manager for both wholesaler and off-trade accounts, leading teams of 7 and 9, respectively. Earlier experience includes managing off-trade accounts and exports for Nutricafés and holding brand management roles at Compal. Educational credentials include a Leadership Development Program from Nova School of Business and Economics, along with various postgraduate degrees in marketing and management.
