Bubker Belkhit is the executive head chef of Sumosan, a position held since 2002, where they specialize in opening new branches, developing menus, and managing staff. They also serve as the Global Executive Head Chef for Sumosan since 2014. Prior to their current roles, Belkhit worked as a sous chef and head chef at Skao+ from 1997 to 1999 and co-founded The Crystal Palace Market from 2013 to 2017. Belkhit earned their education at the International University of Nature, Society and Man "Dubna" between 1992 and 1998.
