Semyon Loushkin

Semyon Loushkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and strategic leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Support at Sumsub since January 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing high-level performance, driving innovation, and optimizing costs. Prior to this, Semyon held various positions at Acronis from July 2014 to April 2024, culminating in the role of Technical Support Manager in the Cyber Protection Team, where Semyon led multiple support teams and ensured operational excellence. Earlier experience includes providing expert support for B2B customers and frontline IT support across multiple languages. Semyon holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
