Alex Gibb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management, investment, and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Management at Earthbanc since October 2021, Alex supports tree planting and regenerative agroforestry projects. As a Partner at Katalista Ventures, Alex contributes to the first hybrid accelerator/private equity fund in the Baltics, focusing on Triple Top Line impact. Additionally, Alex holds advisory and board positions at several organizations, including SumUp, Axiology, Emoti Group, and Forestbase, the latter targeting climate change solutions.
