Ashith Kumar

Ashith Kumar is an experienced data science and machine learning professional, currently serving as a Staff Data Scientist and ML Architect at SumUp since 2020. Previously, Ashith held the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Wayfair from 2018 to 2020 and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at The MathWorks from 2010 to 2017. Initial career experience includes a Software Engineer role at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where automation of testing for a web application was implemented, and research at the Indian Institute of Science focused on TeraHertz wave generation and antenna design.
