Ayub Nur has extensive experience in customer success and operations within the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Customer Success Team Leader for the POS Tribe at SumUp since October 2020, Ayub contributes to the mission of empowering small businesses across 32 markets. Prior to this role, Ayub worked at Goodtill from June 2017 to October 2020, initially as a Support & Operations Engineer before advancing to Senior Support & Operations Engineer.
