Eduardo Matos is an experienced technology leader with a background in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Founder of Escola Forja and Tech Leadership Rocks since 2022 and 2020, respectively, Eduardo also holds the position of Engineering Manager at SumUp since November 2021. Previously, Eduardo held engineering management roles at Pagar.me and Loft, as well as serving as Tech Lead at Quero Educação, where responsibilities included managing product pages and checkout systems. Eduardo's early career involved software development roles at B2W Digital, Sieve, bLive TI, and Compra Fácil, utilizing a wide range of technologies and programming languages. Eduardo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UERJ between 2007 and 2011.
