Erica Cain, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources and operational professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at SumUp since January 2022, Erica provides critical operational and HR support for a global financial technology firm. Prior to SumUp, Erica was the HR and Office Coordinator at Associated Building Specialties, Inc., where responsibilities included operational and administrative management for a construction-focused firm.
