Felizitas Lichtenberg

Felizitas Lichtenberg currently serves as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing and Sustainability at SumUp, where a comprehensive Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy has been developed to align with the company's core values and integrate mental health initiatives. Previously, at Vodafone, Lichtenberg was promoted to Global Diversity & Inclusion Lead, crafting a strategic vision centered on colleagues, communities, customers, and co-partners, and established a local-level awareness and engagement with Diversity & Inclusion. Earlier experiences include roles as a Commercial Marketing Manager and IT Consultant, as well as various internships focused on marketing, customer support, and event management. Lichtenberg holds a Master’s degree in European Business from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Culture, and Leisure Planning from Oxford Brookes University.
