Giancarlo Jung

Giancarlo Jung is an experienced backend developer currently working at SumUp since November 2020, with a prior role at Runa where contributions included enhancing payroll processing software for Latin America. Previous experience includes serving as a technology specialist at Produceria, where project conception and execution for digital advertising were emphasized. As lead developer at Grupo PWR, Giancarlo coordinated teams and managed technological solutions for corporate travel and events, while also leading projects at PIPE | Estratégias Digitais for diverse clients. Early career experience includes web development at Gráfica da UFRGS and a traineeship at Engage Power to The Crowd. Giancarlo holds a degree in Database Technology from FIAP and a degree in Product Design from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
