Account Manager

Gregory Joseph is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer success and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager and previously as a Customer Success Manager at SumUp since May 2022, Gregory brings extensive experience from DDS Logistics, where the role of Customer Success Manager was held from January 2020 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes a commercial position at Groupe Trenois from November 2018 to August 2019, with responsibilities that involved pricing offer codification, conducting negotiations, gathering and analyzing client needs, and advising sales staff and clients. Gregory is pursuing a Mastère Ingénierie d’Affaires in international commerce at PPA Business School, where a Bachelor's degree in commerce is also being obtained. Additional educational qualifications include a BTS MUC in Management des Unités Commerciales from Ecole Nationale de Commerce Bessières and a Baccalauréat in Administration/gestion des petites entreprises from Lycée professionnel Erik Satie.
