Joyce Carvalho

Joyce Carvalho has extensive experience in talent acquisition and customer support, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at SumUp since July 2018. In this role, Joyce leads candidate sourcing, screening, and interview processes while ensuring a supportive candidate experience. Previously, Joyce worked in BackOffice as an Assistant III at SumUp, managing high-complexity support requests, particularly related to the SumUp Bank digital account. Joyce's career began at Atento Brasil as a Supervisor de Qualidade from January 2012 to October 2017, where oversight of the monitoring team and report management enhanced operational effectiveness. Currently, Joyce is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts at Auden MFA, beginning in August 2023.
