Laura Grashey is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at SumUp since March 2020, where contributions include enhancing Developer Experience in the Engineering Organization and coaching multiple teams and leaders on Agile methodologies. Prior to SumUp, Laura held various roles in online marketing and social media management at HelloFresh from September 2017 to March 2020, as well as an internship in corporate design at THOMAS SABO. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Textile Engineering and Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing Communication from IED Barcelona, and a Master of Science in International Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University. Currently, Laura is pursuing a degree in Organizational Psychology at FernUniversität in Hagen.
