Lilian Parola

Lilian Parola is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury, capital markets, and sales across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Treasury and Capital Markets at SumUp since November 2020, Lilian previously held significant roles including Head of Derivative Products at Banco Santander and Head of FX and Derivatives Sales Desk at Banco Fibra. In addition to these positions, Lilian contributed as a mentor at Ativen, Brazil's first accelerator for startups focused on the 60+ market, and served as a Director at Aging2.0. Lilian's educational background includes an Advanced Boardroom Program for Women from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, and a degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
